Refund amount not received after 1 week

Normally the refund takes from 3 to 5 business days to go back to the account;However, if you still didn't receive the refund you will need to get in touch with the live support to check from their end.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

It can take 3 to 5 business days after they approve the refund to receive the funds. They don't give partial refunds so tou should get the full amount.

To clarify - That's how it works to upgrade. You still get the full amount of time you paid for the standard Game Pass plus the amount of Ultimate you purchased. So if you bought 1 month of Game Pass and 1 month of Ultimate, you now have 2 months of Ultimate. If you do request a refund, as suggested, you will only receive a refund for Ultimate and will lose all of your subscription.
