hello, sir/Miss I hope you're doing good,

so recently i bought assassin's creed Odyssey Deluxe Edition , and i asked for a refund only to buy the AC Antiquity pack instead my refund wasn't processed fast enough so i asked them to cancel the refund and keep Odyssey Deluxe Edition because i don't
want to end up with no game at all . but that's what happend . my refund got processed even tho i asked to cancel it (by asking the support and sending two emails ).

so my question is there any chance i can get AC Antiquity pack at the price it was on the sales ( 25$ ) ? because if my refund was processed fast enough i would've got it . and if it's not possible i only demand getting my Assassin's Creed Odyssey Deluxe
Edition back because i asked to cancel the refund but i got refunded anyway.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have inquiry on a promotional price that is over. Unfortunately, no one here on the forums can give you an answer to your question. You will need to request a call from support and see what they have
to say. Just so you know, there is a long wait time as there is very high volume.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Sorry to hear you missed out on the sale but the offers are only valid for the length of the sale. You could, of course, buy the Odyssey Deluxe Edition again as you were refunded.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists. However, if they do approve the refund, it'll most likely be after the sale ends so you'd no longer be able to repurchase it on sale.

When did you purchase the game? The sale on that particular game ended yesterday. So if you purchased it after the sale ended, then it was the correct price.

You would have to call support about any refunds.

With those cards you are better off with net visa cards less fees etc

They take longer then normal upto 60 days sometimws ri proccess refunds

If you are hoping ti spend the cash before boxing day sale ends you are better off spending the cash now before age sale ends

It could 've another week for the refund and no calling wont help
