    Wondering how I go about a refund my daughter was on my destiny this morning and accidentally bought the deluxe edition of witch queen which I don't want it hasn't been installed please help

    That does seem strange i bought a game accidentally and went threw the refund process threw the site without having to talk to anyone maybe it was the reason why younwere asking for a refund saw it as something that can be fixed and no need for a refund

    Yeh I have the same problem with an accidental purchase of DayZ and they denied my request
    you stated in your other post you wanted a refund due to saving for a pc, which is it, you accidentally bought it or you just want a refund, you need to be crystal clear when requesting a refund. you can always reply to the email you got and ask why they
    would not refund and ask them to check again.
