Refund a game which is lagging

Bonjour, j'ai acheté aujourd'hui le jeu ark survival pour ma petite soeur mais il se trouve que ce jeu lag énormément, je ne sais pas si c'est parce que le jeux est trop puissant ou que la xbox a du mal suivre mais dans tous les cas c'est insupportable.
J'ai déj plusieurs bug déj en seulement une journée, j'ai du relancer le jeu 3 fois. Je souhaite donc me faire rembourser, merci d'avance.

Hello, today I bought the game ark survival for my little sister but it turns out that this game lag enormously, I do not know if it's because the game is too powerful or the xbox has trouble to follow but in any case it is unbearable. I already have several
bug already in just one day, I had to restart the game 3 times. I wish to be reimbursed, thank you in advance.

How's the lag on this game?

Most games are fine. However, lately, I've noticed it's been lagging a lot every few games which is driving us crazy. Have ended up leaving the game due to being unable to kill someone b/c of the lag. Luckily, it's not consistently lagging.

Wishlist: Limited Refunds

Steam/Valve seem to be getting along fine with their refund system. It feels like Microsoft is lagging behind with the current system.

An often overlooked source of lag is the television you are playing the game on. Most modern HDTVs will have a fair amount of input lag, and will make whatever lag the game has seem worse than it is. My old LCD had nearly 100ms of input lag, which put
me at a distinct disadvantage most of the time. My current TV is closer to 30ms input lag which is considered very low for an HDTV.

that is not the type of lag he is speaking about, not game lag but timing lag that is an equation of a mathematical formula in which timing between two players become dominate on one player and not with the other player this is the lag he speaks about.
