refund a game over 2 weeks and have played it for an hour or two

There would be no refund for this as the require ments are way past over . Has to be within two weeks , played less than 2-4 hours and no acheviments earned. Sorry

You can ask for refund if you have not played more than 2 hours on the game. And it have not been over 2 weeks from purchase

I'm sorry but you're outside the two week return window from the release date, as the game is almost 2 months old.

You have 50 hours into the game, and the maximum for a refund in the 2 week window is 2 hours
