    I canceled an order back in February for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. My account page showed, and still shows, that it was canceled. However, Microsoft charge me anyway and shipped me the product. After many back and forth telephonic and email conversations
    with Microsoft, I was advised to refuse delivery.

    Here is the tracking number, which shows the product's delivery progress to me and then back to Microsoft:
    [Mod Removed]. As you can see, it was received by Microsoft on 3/25.

    Here is the timeline:

    2/9: I called and canceled order.

    3/16: Credit card charged charged anyway. I requested a refund. I requested shipment to be canceled.

    3/18: Delivery refused via note on my door. Product was never in my possession.

    3/25: Product received by Microsoft.



    As you can see, I've been dealing with this issue for quite some time. My telephonic contacts with Microsoft are completely fruitless, because I'm told ever time that the issue must be handled by another department, with whom I cannot speak by phone.
    I'm told every time that they'll email me.

    I've exchanged numerous emails with two individuals. They send me an email about once a week that makes no sense (the last one told me to make sure I have sufficient funds in my credit card). Here are their names and contact info for one of them:

    I want a full refund ($65.39). In fact, I should receive additional compensation for dealing with Microsoft's incompetence. The product should never have shipped, my credit card should never have been charged, and I should not have to wait nearly a
    month, with no end in sight, for a refund.

    "You will have to pay any pending charges as per your user aggreement with your bank" so if I owe my bank like $1.50, my refund won't show up until that $1.50 is paid?

    On the overview it shows that they transferred in $67.19 to my visa on november 11. So if it doesn't show up 90 days from november 11 what should I do?

    Sorry to hear about the issue! I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. In order to find out the status of your refund, you will need to continue to communicate with the support agent that is currently working on sorting the issue. I know
    this may not be ideal, but they would be the best equipped to look into this issue further. Once again, I am truly sorry to hear about the issue and any inconveniences this may have caused. Feel free to provide us with an update after contacting support. Thanks!

    Thank for your patience while we investigated your issue. Please verify with your financial institution you have sufficient funds and/or to ensure the information associated with your credit card is valid and up to date [i.e. billing address, CVV code (located
    on the back on the card) and expiration date] in order to resolve this issue. If you have recently had your credit card re-issued with a new CVM/CVV code you will need to removed and re-add your credit card to your account. I will follow up with you on Saturday,

    There's nothing anyone on the forums can do.

    As mentioned,you will need to carry on working with chat/phone support as they are the only ones with access to your billing info & the ability to give you your refund.

    There's nothing anyone on the forums can do.

    As mentioned,you will need to carry on working with chat/phone support as they are the only ones with access to your billing info & the ability to give you your refund.

    You dont you can give thwm the transaction number but thr bank wont do anything till they proccess it

    For international transactions it does take time upto 90days

    You will have to pay any pending charges as per your user aggreement with your bank
