Refund 360 games

OK so this is the issue.

Yes you can only use Microsoft/Xbox account currency to purchase backwards compatible games on the 360 console itself.

Your issue is this the license being taken away for a game that was refunded is only for Xbox One games not the 360 games.

Their is no way to take the license away for a 360 game even with a refund. This is why it still shows that you own the game

The slowdown and stoppage of your download had nothing to do with Licensing.

I am actually surprised that you even got a refund Normal policy is that there is no refunds for 360 games.

For a refund it has be a DIGITAL purchase, not a physical purchase.

A hard drive is required to play backwards compatible games on the 360 due to the system files on the drive. There is no way to play it without an official 360 hard drive. You must buy the xbox 360 games individually that come in this bundle as you can't use the Rare Replay games on Xbox 360.

Rare Replay was a bundle for xbox one.

Any refunds would be handled by the xbox support team if the account is eligible they can be reached by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us
