Hello Drgreycats!

If nothing helped for you (reset, logoff, refresh the profile...etc.) You have to chat with Support team and ask to cancel you current subscription. This is what is solved my problem immediately.

Than Support will send few codes to replace your LIVE GOLD subscription.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Along with other advice given. If the hard reset does not work, you can also try removing and redownloading your profile for a fresh reset as well.

Please try purchasing the subscription from a different browser or device. If the problem persists that way then I recommend waiting a couple more days since the issue of adding more countries to the subscription is very recent, so it is possibly a temporary problem which should be resolved automatically soon.

Some times the console need to refresh the profile to recognize the new subscriptions. Do this by power cycling the console, hold the power button for 5 seconds until the console powers off. Once you power on again it will reconnect to online services
and load a refreshed profile and the subscription should be recognized.

Have you tried refreshing your subscriptions? Sometimes they take awhile to update.
