    Last month I activated a gift card for xbox game pass ultimate and I turned off recurring billing but today Microsoft automatically renewed my subscription and took 13 euro from my debit card. I cancelled my subscription but I didn't receive my money back, so I want a refund.

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.

    Hi so I purchased game and it took my money from my paysafe card account but my xbox says that i dont own it. It was subnautica below zero btw and i purchased 2 more games before and it worked

    Also i can not ask for refound
