    Yesterday our 10 year old with adhd and autism made Forthnight purchases for almost 7000sv kr. We crated an e-mail adress for him, but still he used my account and password.

    We removed both tv and his xbox, We cant borrow money to pay our Bills again, from friends and famelies.

    Our son is suiciadel and We need too talk to a dockor, its a big caos right now. We our on our knees and have two more kids to take care of, so please help us with the refound.

    Minecraft spilt-screen

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.

    Wow, that's complicated

    I'm not sure.. But I would try to contact epic games

    I don't think Xbox support can refund digital currencies. Might be the job of the company who owns the game..

    But you should at least contact the support directly. Xbox or Epic Games.

    Chat, phone or e-mail.. something like that.

    People in this forum are not "powerful" enough to solve this problem.

    But maybe the official support could refund you.

    I hope your son will feel better soon!

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

    Hi so I purchased game and it took my money from my paysafe card account but my xbox says that i dont own it. It was subnautica below zero btw and i purchased 2 more games before and it worked
