    Здравствуйте. Я хотел бы вернуть средства за покупку Assassins Creed IV. Не могу найти как связаться с поддержкой. Все условия возврата соблюдены. Покупка была деньгами с аккаунта xboxlive, без карты Visa.

    Hello. I would like to return means for purchase of Assassins Creed IV. I can't find how to contact support. All terms of return are met. Purchase was money from the account xboxlive, without the Visa card.

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

    Hi so I purchased game and it took my money from my paysafe card account but my xbox says that i dont own it. It was subnautica below zero btw and i purchased 2 more games before and it worked

    Also i can not ask for refound
