Refound game pass

So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

I believe that just by contacting support you will know, talk directly to support chat, it is fast and always give you the support you need.

I'd say start with
canceling the subscription of it's set to auto-renew to start. From there, you can go to
Payments & Billing > Order history at your Microsoft Account page, and find the charge for Game Pass. When you find it, you can click "Get order help" which will take you to the page
with details on the best way to get in touch with billing support based on what you need, which would be to talk about canceling the remaining time on your subscription and requesting a pro-rated refund if eligible.

You would need to submit a refund request.
