    Hello,

    I have a very strange case here

    I bought diablo and ended up asking for a refund from battle net two weeks ago, and they told me that the refund was being processed, I went to check and still nothing. Now they warned me that the purchase was made through here after I returned to charge. And I really need my refund, please how can we process it?

    I was in time to apply, but they rolled me up on the battle net and I really need the money back please help me

    If this was made through Microsoft Store/Xbox you can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

    You can let the refund team know what exactly happened on the box provided.

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.
