Ive already tried this 2 weeks ago

Delete my account

Power cycle my Xbox One

Downloaded my account to my Xbox One

Deleted my local savegame to unlock it again

Filled in the
SURVEY

so my question is isn't there someone higher up that can set this Achievement back to Locked on my account so I can simply unlock it again?

because I tried unlocking it with another account and it popped immediately.

or

just unlock it on my account because I Unlocked

The survey that you referenced is the only way to resolve achievement issues, and unfortunately no one in Support, Twitter, or the forums here will be able to assist. You will receive an email once the investigation is done from the survey results. Unfortunately
is no set time for how long the investigation takes, but once it has completed, you will get an email.

So its now been a month since my achievements glitched and got stuck in the "Done...Unlocking" status and still nothing has been done. I know i'm not the only with this problem, 2 others posted in this thread, there are probably another 100+ threads just
like mine on the forums as well.

This problem with achievements unlocking properly has persisted since the Xbox One launched, why has it not been fixed yet. However the achievements are being processed now through the X1, needs to be scrapped and you need to go back to the how it was done
on the 360. I can unlock achievements just fine on that console either online or offline with no problems. But I know at least 25+ people who have issues with achievements unlocking properly on the X1, and some have had there achievements stuck for months
to almost a year.

I'm going to keep bumping this thread every few days until my achievements fix as well as another thread that looked a though it was turning into the main thread where everyone was posting their glitched achievements to.

Almost 2 years later and this is still not fixed, well done Microsoft.

I see my XB one achievements in XB One, but on Windows 8.1 I only see achievements from phone, X360 and Win 8.

I have the exact same issue with the "Fluent" achievement for Rise of the Tomb Raider on the xbox one. Tried the solutions listed above, and have even started a new game twice to try and fulfil the requirements again. Stuck on "Done! Unlocking" for 2 months
now.

Hey mate,

Halo MCC is notorious for glitchy achievments, so I wouldn't stress too much as from what I've heard, pretty much all of them get sorted out in the end

Follow the instructions provided by imnotGeoff, and hopefully it should fix the issue
