The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken. Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made. You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the
report. So this may or may not be related to the gamer you think.

If another gamer is harassing you then you can report them and mute and block (but do not reply as that removes the block).

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

You can't expect a Support member to post on your topic 4 minutes after creation. Give it some time and one of them will be around to help you shortly .
