hi there,

when i try to sign in on my x-box 360 after a long time playing on x-box one, i have some trouble signing into my account.

I'm getting an error message (i'll try to translate as accurate as possible):

" there is a problem with the references you are trying to use to log in, please contact support at .........."

I recently changed my gamertag on x-box one and my 360 is still using the old gamertag, maybe this is related.

Does anybody have a solution on how to fix this so i can get back on my account?

Grid references would be good in this game as its so large. I generally give areas and buildings names that my team also use and this helps us communicate enemy locations. Usually though its 'tank on B', 'chopper above D' or 'sniper on the 3 storey' etc!
