reference number [Mod Removed]

Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support so no one here has access to that information. You would either need to contact them again for an update or post your issue here.

This was part of an official/formal complaint against a profile. I had to tag the reference ID number and other information. How it all works I'm not entirely sure but every time I tried to apply for a case review the website bounced me back to the home
page. So after many hours trying to make it work and even trying on a friend's phone, I was told to do this by Support as you can see in the photos.

Also should be noted that with unauthorized cases.you do not contact pet and reference numbers have no bearing on their case

You file an unauthorized access case and tier 3 deals with your issue with the pet team and you must wait to hear from tier 3

They contact you but there is no time table for the investigation thought been known to be 5-7 sometimes 2 weeks

However your account in locked while they investigate

However it should be noted that suspensions do not get removed as you are responsible for your account at all times

Only cases liken cheater watermark cases the cheater is removed

The suggestion of the live agent is clear if you are suspended the chat support or the forums can't help you.

Thanks for this information. I've been really salty to be honest. I know the system is high security and would not be easily tampered with. However the people who were sending me hate mail and have previously boasted about having banned me in the past...
they magically disappeared literally right after I was banned and haven't been seen since. I understand I'm responsible for my actions, however it was myself and my friends being repeatedly harassed and jeered at. Then I get banned. Immediately after which
these losers disappear. I really don't appreciate being sent hate mail of an explicit nature. Especially when all I'm doing is relaxing in a lobby with two friends not upsetting anyone. Even worse when I get banned when I was the victim. If they got banned
too I would have a lot more sympathy. However given how one sided the whole thing is I'm understandably salty. Plus I'm really ill. An ex-athlete turned into a cripple by chronic pains that you can't even imagine. As well as coughing blood for a week if I
do any kind of heavy exercise. These people hate me beyond belief. I also think it's partly because of Zqhf and possibly some of his friends being satanists and having an especial hatred for me as I once told Zqhf my opinion of his personality - linking it
up with his satanism. You can see this to be the case in the MTAF Zqhf sent some months ago. A friend took a picture and sent it to me (the photo I uploaded here of the DOX message including date of birth and name). This took place on Kik months ago not on
Xbox Live so anything I said there which could be remotely considered offensive would not be applicable here. I would dearly love to see all these troublesome people console banned and made to feel the same pain I have had. I have not been aggressive towards
any of them yet they continue to hold the most frightful grudge against me. If they spot me on any game they'll come after me with the intention of getting me banned. Even if Enforcement eventually decide to unban my accounts, I still have had a lot of unncessary
stress and time wasted by having to be onto Xbox Support and so on. As well as wasting Xbox Live's own time by bothering them with the problems these nuisances have created. I've been trying my hardest to avoid them and hide my identity but nothing is good
enough. As soon as word gets out that "so and so is Kaze" they go after me. On another note some of these people should be in jail for dating underage kids and so on. I know that is not Enforcement's responsibility but it seems wrong to me that people in their
mid-20s should be allowed to run riot on Xbox hitting on 15 year old girls and so on. So as a seperate appeal here, if anyone has any way of helping shut these people down, please help. Not just for me but for the good of the community at large. Need I also
add that many if not all of them have JTAGs and RGH which they use for modding GTA and other games that require ISO files to mod...
