Hi there I have been on your rewards scheme since 2011 gamer tag also purchased my xbox one day one and not received an e-mail and gift off u for my loyalty like my friends I feel slightly burned as I have been with xbox since the Start through
every generation if u want to look back I had another gamer tag rytrvs from the early days but I sold a 360 and started a new tag I don't ever remember receiving any rewards I don't know whether u have just forgot about me :-( please help me and reward my
loyalty I don't want to become a playstation fanboy hehe

i was invited to get xbox one update preview but I never got the code or password or anything

Have not received Gears of War codes

I have not received any promo codes I should have received after playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

Spoke with Xbox support and was given reference number [Mod Removed]

Sorry to hear you're upset. Are you set up to receive marketing emails to your email? You can check at this link

live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences

You would have been set up to receive marketing emails prior to November 11 of this year. If you were then check your spam/junk folders.

Finally, the gifts that were sent out were done so at random and not everyone received them.
