my Xbox one s will not read any discs, have gone through every possible step to try and get it to read them, all the steps from your website and from one of your members of staff in the help chat who I may add was super helpful and patient, they helped me
for just under or over an hour and were so great! I think the problem lies in the latest update I got with the insiders programme. Reference number 1432291632

I know phone support said to post this, but they're actually wrong. It's against the rules to call out other gamers and the enforcement team doesn't take complaints through forum posts. You would have to file a complaint on the user via the console.

and make sure you block any and all communication with him/her then that person cannot message and or harass you at all.

 

I don't think there is much you can do other than wait and hope the proper roll out of the update fixes the problem. Factory restore should have taken you back to before the update and restored the disc drive if the update is what caused the problem. worst
case is the drive broke down around the same time the update was done and the console needs to be repaired.
