    Please see the referenced case so I can get this fixed. Almost every rewards program event I've used DOESN'T work without contracting support, not a great track record & very frustrating.

    Xbox reward program support ticket help

    I used 250 gems on 7 days premium time it appeared i could claim it again as it did not say once per account so i claimed it again however i could not redeem the 7 days and it deducted the gems from my account any possible way anyone can help either with
    a 50 gem refund or the 7 days world of tanks premium time.

    Yes that's the offer I think it's for 7 days of premium time free.

    This reference number is from the online support chat I had I was told you could look it up for all the information I already gave.

    We have escalated this issue to our platform team, and they are investigating. We can see a purchase made on the 6th that progressed parts of FREEdom, but did not go towards the World of Tanks part of that offer. Once they let us know why this is occurring,

    What is the problem?? I've heard nothing on what should be a simple issue in 5 days. How about you just issue me a code for what I'm due & I will be DONE with your rewards program. I'm very unhappy with how poorly the program works in regards to these missions
    relate to online games.
