    I am trying to refer a friend via the xbox home screen but it wouldn't let me for some reason saying im not eligible. I've spoken to the live chat and they've sent me here. Thanks

    Refer-a-Friend

    If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
    stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves

    Refer-a-freind is a way to get microsoft points (MSP) and you can see if they are pending or have cam through by clicking this link

    :rewards.xbox.com    / they must need to upgrade to xbox live gold and as Tgeekster said it will take
    14days of referral email

    If the refer a friend offer is not listed on the MyRewards section of the site when you're signed in then that means the offer is not available to you. The refer a friend offer is not available in all regions.

    Hello GODDESS BAST,

    There is no offer to simply refer someone to join Xbox Live Rewards. If you are talking about the "Refer Friends, Earn Rewards" offer at the bottom of the MyMissions page, that offer is to refer a friend to Gold. Since your friends are already Gold members,
    that offer cannot be sent to them.

    There are no offers to refer a friend to joint the program. There is an offer to refer them to upgrade to gold or make their first purchase, but they have to already be a member. However, since the program is about to be shut down, they are no longer accepting
    new sign ups and refer a friend offers will no longer work.

    I never received rewards for being Gold

    Except for the refer a friend offer, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold.
