Refer a friend 5000 rewards credit

I was referred by Luiz VIX to upgrade to Gold Membership via refer a friend rewards program. I upgraded to Gold after receiving the referral email in 15 february. Even after the upgrade to Gold, the 5000 rewards credits to my account
has not been deposited yet. It's already been 31 days after a I signed Live Gold. In refered e-mail shows that I would receive the points after 30 days being Live Gold Member. Kindly suggest a resolution for the same. Thank you.

Hello FabricioPedrazi,

Your only referral for that gmaertag was made on January 1, 2018. Since that gamertag did not purchase a subscription until the end of that month, the referral had expired. As stated in the FAQ for this offer while it was available, the referrals are only
active for two weeks, and then they expire.

yet. It's already been 75 days after a I signed Live Gold. When I talked in twitter with @XboxLiveRewards two months ago, they said to me that it could wait until 75 days in total. Today is the last day to
receive the points and I didnt receive. I hope to solve my case. I' waiting your answer. Thank you.

From the FAQ for this offer:

How many Rewards Credits can I earn for referring friends?

While you can only refer up to 5 friends a day, there is no limit to the number of Rewards Credits you can earn for successfully referring friends. A successful referral hinges on a referred friend(s) upgrading to an Xbox Live Online Gold membership within
14 days of receiving the referral email and signing up for Xbox Live Rewards (if they weren't already a member). Credits will be awarded once your referred friend(s) has been Gold for at least 30 days.

Since your friend referred you on January 1st, and you did not purchase a Gold subscription until February, you did not upgrade to Gold within the 14 day period of receiving the email.
