ok. i am losing my sunny demeanor. i have been redirected and redirected. ref #[Mod Removed]. at the beginning of june there was an offer on my xbox dashboard that if you sign up for gold, u will get a credit put into your xbox account.
i signed up for a month, so i should be receiving $5. the offer stated it would take up to 4 weeks but i still haven't received it and have no way of tracking it. could someone just tell me when to expect it please? thank you. this was for xbox360 btw

Hey there, BobbieDobbs! This promotion was for users that had purchased Gold through the promotion on the dashboard. If a prepaid card of any kind was used, it would not qualify users for this promotion.

That being said, if it was purchased on the console itself, did you happen to purchase this on another account? If you did, could you please reply to this thread while posting on that account so that we could verify ownership? We'll be able to continue from
there.

um no...i was already told by another rep i was receiving it and there was nowhere on the dashboard that said using a prepaid card wouldnt let me qualify...i clicked on the link on the dashboard and it sent me to hit either one month, 3 month, a year, or
prepaid option. if yer telling me now that i dont qualify that is total bull and should have been stated at the onset. they way i see it i should still recieve it. this has been the last straw with xbox. playstation is looking better and better. unbelievable.
way to treat yer customers!

If you filed an unauthorized access investigation because of a stolen account, no one here will be allowed to tell you anything regarding it. They do not release any info before the case finishes and they will only give that info to the owner of the account.

I personally would remove that SR number from your post because even something that simple can be used against you. Any random person could call support and say, "hey I have this SR about my account being stolen. Can you give me an update? Oh the info
on the account? Well it was all changed when he stole it, so I don't know what he changed it to."
