Realizei no dia 18/05 a compra do jogo EA Sports Fifa 17 pedido nº [Mod removed- Personal information], porem não consegui instalar no Xbox 360. Entrei em contato através do 0800 e fui informada que estava tudo certo a minha compra e que eu
tinha que seguir um passo a passo que cheguei anotar. Só que mesmo seguindo não consegui novamente, liguei no 0800 novamente e o novo atendente comunicou que o jogo que eu tinha comprado não era compatível com o Xbox 360 e sim para o Xbox one, ele indicou
que solicitasse o reembolso através do preenchimento do formulário. Já realizei o preenchimento 3 vezes e até o momento recebi somente não como resposta ao meu reembolso. Comprei, paguei porem o jogo é incompatível com o meu vídeo game. Estou muito insatisfeita
com o atendimento de vocês, péssimo. Já cansei de ligar no 0800 e ninguém resolve o meu problema. Terei que ir no Procon porque vocês não tem a decência de devolver meu dinheiro ou liberar o jogo compatível com o meu Xbox?
