Hola, El pasado fin de semana se me hizo un cargo por concepto de una suscripción a xbox live gold de 3 meses por $349, a principio de año mi hermano había comprado este servio y yo no sabia que se renovaría recientemente por que no tenia dinero en mi tarjeta,
además de haber creido que él quitaria mi tarjeta del sistema. Debido a que mi tarjeta de debido es por parte de mi beca institucional que recibo el dinero que me acaban de depositar la semana pasada ya lo tenia contemplado para ,material de mi escuela, y
este fin me cobraron la suscripción y le reclame a mi hermano, pero me dijo que me lo podían reembolsar, he leído un poco sobre esto en la pagina pero no s{e como proceder con mi reembolso, ya que no me deja cancelar la suscripción y menciona que tengo 30
