    Comprei para felicidade do meu filho os jogos Disney infinity 2.0 e 3.0 , e na maior sacanagem paguei caro nos 2 produtos e o 2.0 n funciona precisa de base e o 3.0 funciona uma parte e depois para tbm eu quero o reembolso ou uma solução para os jogos
    se não vou procurar meus direitos isso é uma sacanagem vender uma coisa que não está completa pela metade. estou decepcionado com vocês .

    We recommend requesting a call from support. No one here on the forums will be able to assist in a refund.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    eu estou falando por aqui , por que estou com dificuldade de conseguir falar com suporte n aparece nada útil e o único lugar que estou tendo resposta é aqui se você n vai poder me ajudar então vou fazer do jeito pior então .

    estou seguindo e não está tendo opção de reembolso comprei ontem baixei e o jogo n funciona precisa de base e não tem nada especificado isso é um absurdo por que não coloca tudo junto logo . uma falta de respeito
