    Hola.

    Pague el servicio de EA Access por un mes en octubre, según yo ya había expirado hace poco pero cuando voy a Microsoft Store e intento comprar algo me doy cuenta de que mi saldo de cuenta estaba reducido 65$ y fue gracias
    a que la suscripción de EA Access se renovó un mes más sin autorización previa, ya cancele la renovación automática de la suscripción pero no sé si haya alguna forma de recuperar el dinero gastado y cancelar el servicio ya que necesito el dinero y el servicio
    no lo necesito por ahora, hay alguna forma de obtener reembolso?
