Já tentei de todas forma pedir reembolso, fica somente aparecendo mensagem de erro, estou me sentindo um palhaço tentando entrar em contato com esse suporte ruim.

Estou tentando desde ontem o cancelamento da assinatura do game pass, porem o site é muito confuso, redirecionando para outras coisas, a ajuda via chat, nao consigo falar com ninguem e os caminhos dados pelo sistema tambem nao leva a lugar nenhum, hoje foi
cobrado a lépra da assinatura sendo que ja faz 2 meses que nao tenho mais o videogame, quero agilidade no reembolso dessa assinatura.

You should be able to speak with a representative over the phone when you skip the virtual agent at the start of the support portal. Eventually it will allow you to request a callback and provide your desired contact number and region.
