Estou tentando desde ontem o cancelamento da assinatura do game pass, porem o site é muito confuso, redirecionando para outras coisas, a ajuda via chat, nao consigo falar com ninguem e os caminhos dados pelo sistema tambem nao leva a lugar nenhum, hoje foi
cobrado a lépra da assinatura sendo que ja faz 2 meses que nao tenho mais o videogame, quero agilidade no reembolso dessa assinatura.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues being experienced with the Game pass subscription. For any billing related issues or refund requests, contacting
Xbox Support
would be the best course of action.

You should be able to speak with a representative over the phone when you skip the virtual agent at the start of the support portal. Eventually it will allow you to request a callback and provide your desired contact number and region.

The game pass Ultimate subscription needs to be canceled and ended before the Live subscription can added. You can see if a refund can be issued and then purchase the Live subscription after the other subscription has ended completely. You can go to
