Reedeming prepaid codes

If you bought an english copy from play asia then you are importing from another region that's the risk you take

If it actually says rus on the case then take up the issue with ubisoft

I have the same problem. I bought AC: Anthology and no one of the 8 codes inside doesn't work. When I tried redeem them through console I got simply an error message. When I tried redeem them through website I got description of the content and then an error
message 0x80153005 again. I email Ubisoft tech support, they answered me that I should contact retail shop where I bought the game. Retail shop answered me that they don't take responsibility for invalid codes inside the box. Somebody screw up and no responsibility.
And as jawest78 said one of these codes for AC: Brotherhood is less than 25 digits and must be redeemed through Uplay or smth I guess but I'm from Russia and there's no Uplay for russian version of this game. So I have russian bundle with codes for another
region I guess. Very nice.

I'm having the same issue...

Ubisoft says it s Microsoft's fault and Microsoft says only Ubisoft can issue a new code, but they say they cannot. I'm affraid this remain unsolved.

Also have you tried through the website at all or just on the console? You can do it through the website here:
account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

The code would also mean the region of the code doesn't matfh your account region
