Reedeming prepaid codes

i can't reedem anymore any code , it says always problem ... i tried with an old season pass ( Assasin's creed 3 ) and it doesn't work , but it is valid ... and today i tried with some new codes from Asassin's Creed Rogue , still nothing.

Do someone has the same problem ?

I'm having the same issue...

Ubisoft says it s Microsoft's fault and Microsoft says only Ubisoft can issue a new code, but they say they cannot. I'm affraid this remain unsolved.

 

I had bought a few weeks ago Assassin's Creed Anthology. When I tried to enter all codes (end of October) 2 were not accepted.

So I turned to Ubisoft with the two codes that did not work "AC: Brotherhood DaVinci Disappearance" and "AC3 Season Pass". Ubisoft told me I should contact Microsoft what I then did. For the Brotherhood addon I had received a credit from Microsoft. The Season
Pass was not refunded me. Here is an excerpt from the e-mail "Assassin's Creed 3 Season Pass has unfortunately been removed from marketplace due acceptable obligations or discretion of the publisher. Therefore, we can not replace the code for you."

So I went back to Ubisoft. I got a new code of Ubisoft, this also did not work. Then Ubisoft has checked the codes in their database and told me that both codes are still valid and no profile assigned to it.

Ubisoft then said
I should go
back to Microsoft
because of the problem,
they can do
anything.
When I enter the code on the
Xbox.com page I get the following
error code "0x80153005-Xbos".
On the console I always get "this is
an invalid code".

 

Region error

Does your account region match your actual region not including us military bases or terrorities ?

If not that would be why assasin creed games and dlc is region locked

 

The code would also mean the region of the code doesn't matfh your account region

 

Some codes for AC games need to be entered in game rather than through the MS redemption system. I'm not sure that this is the case for your issue, but if the code is less than 25 digits long, try entering it through the game. It's been awhile since I've
played those games so I don't remember exactly, but it is either a regular menu option or through UPlay.

 

I have the same problem. I bought AC: Anthology and no one of the 8 codes inside doesn't work. When I tried redeem them through console I got simply an error message. When I tried redeem them through website I got description of the content and then an error
message 0x80153005 again. I email Ubisoft tech support, they answered me that I should contact retail shop where I bought the game. Retail shop answered me that they don't take responsibility for invalid codes inside the box. Somebody screw up and no responsibility.
And as jawest78 said one of these codes for AC: Brotherhood is less than 25 digits and must be redeemed through Uplay or smth I guess but I'm from Russia and there's no Uplay for russian version of this game. So I have russian bundle with codes for another
region I guess. Very nice.

 

Or you imported the wrong disc

Games do not come without the supported regions dlc

The availability is up to Russia and ubisoft

 

If you bought an english copy from play asia then you are importing from another region that's the risk you take

If it actually says rus on the case then take up the issue with ubisoft

 

Most discs only come in the regional language they are sold in if you have a foreign language then you are importing and taking the risk with codes in

 

This is localized version, voice and text in russian, everything in russian and I bought it in local retail shop. And in this paper with codes inside the box everything is written in russian. This bundle officially published in Russia. But for some reason
these codes doesn't work. Though all this dlc content available in russian LIVE and I got it's description when I tried redeem codes but then I got an error.

 

Is your account region us or UK or Russia

If it isn't Russia that would be why regional codes are specific and can't be redeemed in. Another region

If you live in Ukraine or a separated republic then it doesn't count

Otherwise run speed test.net and provide the picture link and find where your Geo IP is

If it isn't reporting correctlly you need to contact your isp
