    Hi,

    I bought Gears of War 4. Then I received code to redeem previous versions of Gears Of War. Unfortunately I'm not able to redeem Gears of War 1, 3 and Judgment. Gears of War 2 is working fine.

    I received following error code:

    XBOS-3012

    ef7e87d7-7d8f-4f14-83b8-d64b93be20b0

    I tried redeem it from webside or on xbox one console.

    i can´t reedem two codes that include gears of war 1 and gears of war 3 for xbox one. this codes include in the video Game Gears of War 4 .

    On my Xbox One i accidentally deleted a message with codes to reedem previous versions of Gears of War. Can anyone help me retrieving them?

    That's usually the sign of a region issue. Your account region has to match your physical location in order to download the games.

    Do you possibly get an error code with that error message, for example "0x800f081f"? Please ensure that all your billing information is current. You may do that at Microsoft's billing site here:

    After you do that, and you still get an error, please contact Microsoft or Xbox Support here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us They will be able to take a look in why you're unable to redeem your code and check to ensure it is activated.
