reedem code issue

When I got Minecraft dungeons and put in the code it said I got it and brought me to the store saying I have the game but it wouldn't download so I went out and back in so I could try to download. But it said I had to buy it again. I then went into my
purchase history and saw that I had it and it took me back to when I first put in the code and it said I had the game but it still wouldn't download. Please help if you know the answer.

if I have removed it how do I redeem it again cause it just shows as code already redeemed so I cant put the code in again

Check that you haven't accidentally removed the purchase and make sure to reinstall it.

i haven´t reedem the second code as it doesn´t alow me to. i would like to do so. i dont wann transfer anything, i just gonna leave the forst reedem code as unused on my other epic games account. I only wanna have the access to reedem the second code.
