    A redeem code for world of tanks was in my messages now it's no longer there , I don't know why as I did not delete it, how can i get the code again, I've tried Microsoft customer support but the virtual help is useless and the call back feature does not work ,just keeps saying there is a problem at this end try again. Spent weeks trying to sort with no luck ,a nightmare really ,can anyone advise.
