    Reduced gamerscore


    yesterday my account went from 129037 to 120477 spoke to xbox support they gave me a reference no SR#1409140586 they tryed various steps to help like redownload account network setting etc etc with no success ive also checked my account with enforcement
    team and my account is in the green with a perfect record can someone please investigate this many thanks marc

    my gamerscore was reset

    my gamerscore was at 90k and reduced to 3800? needs someone to look into this

    I'm tired of the cheating!!!

    Well they removed the cheater banner from people who modded their gamerscores, makes you wonder what else they've reduced the punishment on.

    This is happening to a several different users. The score eventually does show back up. Rest assured, you're not alone with this issue.

    Mine took about a week to fix itself when it happened to me.

    There is no set time on how long it'll take.Just carry on playing games etc & don't worry.

    Mine took about a week to fix itself when it happened to me.

    There is no set time on how long it'll take.Just carry on playing games etc & don't worry.

    Would you please tell me when this issue happened?

    I ask because it is a "common" issue with some players, but it should go up again within 72 hours. If after 72 hours your gamertag does not increase again, please check the enforcement website to see if they did not decreased it because of tampering:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If it's been more than 72 hours and you did not had any enforcement action on your gamertag, you will need to contact Xbox official support to check this for you. But please wait 72 hours to see if it does not go back to normal again.
