    Reduce minimum age on use of custom gamerpics.


    Why must it be 18 year olds and above that are allowed to have custom gamerpics? They're no more sensible than anyone else on Xbox Live. All I'm asking is that we should have the age reduced to at-least 16, and anyone that uses bad or inappropriate images
    should be given a reasonable punishment. It's quite unfair to those who have been waiting a while.

    Over 18 account, still can't change custom gamerpic

    The age of my Xbox account is over 18, but I cannot change to custom gamerpics.

    I would like to know why there is an age restriction on custom gamer pics I mean come on I just want a picture of Tony abbot to appear whenever I come online. On a serious note though I made my account 4 years ago when I was 12 and put my correct Dob I didn't
    realize at the time why you would lie until a year later I now say I'm 21 for every account I make. Back to when I made the account, it wasn't too long until I realized battlefield 3 was not allowing me to play online when I got it for my birthday which sucked
    but o well but that was really the only issue I've ever had with the age from what I can remember. I decided, however, to wait until I turned 18 and my account became an adult Luckily by 14 I was allowed on battlefield servers and other ea games which were
    great because my true age wasn't a problem at all. now I'm 16 and wanting to change my gamer pic but it seems that I have to wait another 2 years just to do that because of a stupid restriction I know you can make a new account but it never crossed my mind
    to make a new one back then because I didn't really have a reason to and now I have a 4-year-old account I've invested my time and effort in and i don't want to give it all up for something so simple as a gamer picture. Rant over I just would like to see this
    restriction lifted or my accounts dob changed if you don't care then i guess I'm waiting...

    Gamerpic changes have been disabled to reduce strain on the servers during the current global crisis

    hopefully it won't last much longer and you'll be able to use a custom gamerpic soon

    If it's a custom gamerpic you are trying to upload, then the feature has temporarily been disabled to help reduce pressure on the servers due to the number of people using it.

    If the DOB on your account is under the age of 18 you will not be able to use a custom gamerpic. There is no way to circumvent this rule as the age on an Xbox account is permanent.

    Until the age of the account is 18 or over, they won't be able to use customized gamerpics. There are no settings that can be changed to allow that.
