Redstone Pack DLC issues

Hello,

I purchased an Xbox One S Minecraft bundle for Christmas.

I have everything up and running but the Redstone Pack.

I called Support and they were not able to help. They just simply told me the license is "in" my console.

Hopefully someone on this forum has experienced something like this.

While redeeming the code for the Redstone Pack, I received an error saying not available.

I entered it again and was greeted with the code already redeemed message.

I checked to see if it was installed within the game, no luck.

I also went to the manage game section, and the check for updates section.

Still nothing.

Any suggestions?

Same issue - Entered code For the redstone pack and its against my account, but will not unlock.

I have been into manage game - and the dlc is not showing.

I have been into the game - its still locked.

Have searched the store for the redstone pack and cannot find it - has this DLC been removed? If so, what happens to the items we paid for?

I have bought DLC codes before and never had this issue with anything else before.

Not impressed-please fix.

Hy,

I bought a xboxoneS edition mincraft.

I have the minecraft game and the dlc redstone pack.

I installed the game without problem.

But for the pack, I entered the code, it appears at microsoft on the internet, but it is not accessible on the xbox.

If I want to reinstall the code on the xbox, it tells me "code already used"

This does not work. The redstone pack is not present in manage game.

The game is against the account when checking my purchase history online.

The store does not have "redstone pack" against Minecraft - has it been removed?

Hi Icebear,

No such thing as stupid queries.

My 1st step to advise on would be to go to the in-game store button and look for the right Download. It should be there under purchased items.

Please advise if step 1 works 😊

Hi, For future reference If you wish to check that certain DLC content has been installed;

While on the Home screen, scroll to the right, and then press the A button on your controller to open My games and apps.
Locate the game, and then press the Menu button .
Select Manage game.
From here you can see all installed Add-ons for the game

While in game to use the redstone pack, all you have to do is pause the game, go to options and there should be an option to change skin from there you can navigate through the skin packs until you find the redstone skin pack

from there you can change to the desired skin.
