Redragon ERIS Gamepad to Mouse & Keyboard Converter no longer working after Xbox One's...

I don't know much about converters, but it is unsupported hardware, so when things like this happen, it is down to the manufacturer of the converter to fix it. Maybe the converter needs an update. Your best bet would be checking the manufacturer website and forums, for any fixes for it to work.

This type of hardware is unsupported and considered cheating, and Xbox or the game developer may ban you from accessing the game.

Or better yet use the xbox xac

XAC is meant for people with disabilities and who can use a normal controller

As to your question about Ban's i am not aware of anyone being ban for using a converter, however the information regarding this is not available to us, only the Enforcement Team would know this information,

As for using a converter on the Xbox One you can plug in a keyboard and mouse directly in to the console and the keyboard will navigate the dashboard.

There are games that already have Keyboard and Mouse Support and will allow you to play the game with the keyboard and mouse as the controller's, for example: Warframe is one of these game.

you will however find that not all games support the keyboard and mouse feature.

This is impossible because the game needs many keys. And not everyone will have a keyboard and mouse purchased on the Xbox. The game would have to work on the gamepad and it is impossible, so this game will not appear on the Xbox.
