Redownloading a game

I'll try to make this as clear as possible so there isn't any confusion with my question. The game titled "SSX" for Xbox 360. I downloaded it when it was free with gold ages ago, played it for a bit. Basically destroyed the main game in less then a day because
ya know. Hardcore gamer and the such. After a while I uninstalled it as I needed more space on my harddrive.

I've been wanting to play it recently but when I go to my download history and press A to select it, the big box appears and loads and after a few seconds it gives me an error. "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. Keep tabs on
the service at http://support.xbox.com. Find more info by looking up status code 800700E8 at www.xbox.com/errorhelp".

This has been going on for months, and is the ONLY game in my download history to do it. And I'd love to know why it's doing this. And before any ambassadors reply with "have you tried clearing your cache or is your account and Xbox region different" yes
I have tried clearing and no they're not different. The issue only happens on my 360, when I try on my little brothers Xbox one it works fine.

Okay, I seem to have figured it out myself. For some reason it's no longer available in australia even though it once was.

There's no option to download from the store, not even a purchase option on one of my other alt accounts. The only options that are there are rate, pin to home and play on Xbox One.

And there is no corrupted data from SSX. When I deleted it, I deleted all traces of it from my harddrive, content, game itself, save games. The lot of it.

Maybe there are leftover corrupt files from the game previously.

Have you performed a
power cycle?

Try removing then readding your account: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

Hello Curtis,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you are unable to download a game. Have you tried going to the store and download from there? If it is owned you will see option to install. You could try

rolling back the update also on your Xbox 360.
