    Redownloading a delisted purchase.


    I recently went to redownload my digital copy kf NBA 2K15, which I purchased from the Microsoft/Xbox Live Marketplace on 09/30/2014.

    I’ve been told the game has been pulled, or delisted. The game is not showing up in my “Ready to Download” tab (and I have confirmed it wasn’t hidden from this section as well) and I can’t search for the game on the store since it has been delisted.

    The purchase still shows up under my profile on my Microsoft account, and I have the order ID as well.

    I’ve been told I’m out of luck. Is that true? If so, how is that possible since I purchased the game to own at release (in addition to at least $50 in virtual currency)? As a consumer, do I have any options?

    Any advice or insight is appreciated.

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Sometimes it is possible to access the games if already installed on the console before the game is delisted. In this case being that it is no longer on the marketplace it won't be possible.

    Any game is subject to being removed from the services without notice as stated within the

    Microsoft Service Agreement    .

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    We apologize for the inconvenience, however, the game is no longer available on our market place. The servers for NBA 2k15 had shut down on October 14, 2016. It was removed after the release of 2k19 by the company itself.

    2k Forums     for more information regarding this situation. Since we are unable to assist with in-game currency those two options would be best to try.

    The steps to unhide content has changed. You have to press and hold the left stick and the press X. If it's hidden that may be why it's not showing.
