Redownload Games

Why is it so difficult to determine which games you've purchased and how to redownload them for the XBox One? It should not be this difficult.

I "purchased" free XBox One content on my XBox 360 and I want to now activate it on my new XBox One. I cannot figure out how to discover which games I have "purchased" - everything either appears to rely on my already knowing the name or owning an XBox
360 and going into the Purchase History section. I would like to download all games I have access to and there should be an EASY way to get to it from my account.

Can't Redownload games

I have enough space available to download Terraria from "Ready To Install" but it wont start the download

Well replaced it today with game they just swapped the console now to redownload the games to it lol

Any games/apps you have purchased for the Xbox One should show under your My Games & Apps section. If they are installed they will be on the screen immediately upon opening that section. If you scroll all the way to the right, you will see games in the
cloud/under the Ready to Install section. This should be your complete list of things not installed. For any DLC, just highlight the game, hit the menu button, and select Show All Add-Ons. Hope this helps.

I literally cannot redownload dying light its just putting up the price for its enhanced version.. Why?

Okay, I seem to have figured it out myself. For some reason it's no longer available in australia even though it once was.

There's no option to download from the store, not even a purchase option on one of my other alt accounts. The only options that are there are rate, pin to home and play on Xbox One.

And there is no corrupted data from SSX. When I deleted it, I deleted all traces of it from my harddrive, content, game itself, save games. The lot of it.

Maybe there are leftover corrupt files from the game previously.

Have you performed a
power cycle?

Hello Curtis,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you are unable to download a game. Have you tried going to the store and download from there? If it is owned you will see option to install. You could try

rolling back the update also on your Xbox 360.
