    My xbox one console had to be sent back to Microsoft and was reset. Now I can't get my previously purchased content to re download! I can see where I paid for it and when, but It won't let me download. Please help!

    Not sure what you mean by cant download it.

    Can you give.more.details on the specific issue?

    Have you restored your profile.to the console? If so, the majority of purchases should show up in the Ready to Install section of My Gmaes and Apps.

    Make sure you're signed into the same account on the console. Everything you purchased should show as ready to install in your Games and Apps.

    Hi,

    Sorry, that's not how this works. Your uncles account would need to be on the console for you to be able to re-download those games. Once those games are re-downloaded you can use any account on that same console to play them.

    There is no way to re-download the content without the account that purchased that content.
