    This popup. Tried everything up to accessing WindowsApp folder and Bethesda folder itself. Nothing helps.
    Created shortcuts on desktop and was running it with Admin rights too, not helping at all

The best option that I can recommend here is to report the issue to Bethesda support for further advice. It is possible that the game has bugs since it is a new released game.
