    Redemption failed??


    My son redeemed a £50 XBL card on the 19th at about 2pm.

    When he went to purchase something today it says his accounts balance is £0.61p

    Is there anything I can do? obviously he's gutted.

    Redemption failed??

    Check his account at Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows the redemption and to see if there are any other errors listed. If you still have the card, you can try to redeem it again.

    If you do see any errors, you will need to contact support and speak to billing.

    Yeah I tried that link but it doesn't show the redemption at all and he doesn't have the card anymore Redemption failed?? :(

    Any other ideas? I appreciate the help

    You could try contacting billing to see if they show anything, but if the card didn't fully get redeemed and you don't have it anymore, there's not really anything that can be done.

    Check his account at http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure it shows the redemption and to see if there are any other errors listed. If you still have the card, you can try to redeem it again.
