    Redemption code


    So I used a 14 day pass to enable Gold on my 360. The code went through but it's not letting me do any Gold related things (like play Destiny.) I tried re-entering the code and now it says it's been used. Is there any way I can get credit for this?

    Redemption code

    Trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer, so there are some things you can't do while on a trial subscription. Destiny requires a full gold subscription so as trial will not work with
    that game.

    Some trials will only work for the game they came with, but you should be able to play non-ranked online multiplayer.

    this is most likely not the place to put this but i dont know where else to go on this site so i got a 1 month gold membership card with my xbox 360 bundle and i entered the code in the redeem section on the xbox and it said invalid code, and when i try
    edeeming it on here it recognizes the code and when i click confirm i get this message: Something went wrong Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while.

    i have waited 2 days and its still the same, i dont understand why this is happening, i live in costa rica but i have used US codes before just fine and i never entered a credit card number or bought any games so i know i dont have any billing violations
    i also have never been suspended
