    Redemption code too short on receipt


    I purchased wwe2k17 from wall Mart. The redemption code is only 14 digits on the receipt and the back of the game says to enter the 25 digit code. Wall Mart says it is not their fault. How do I get the correct code so my son can play his game?

    Lost redemption code for xbox gold

    Hi does anyone know if there is a way of finding out a lost redemption code? Bought from store last weekend from Game in the UK, it was not on the usual scratch card, but on the receipt. The receipt accidentally went into the bin. Anybody have any ideas
    please, or it could be £30 down the drain.

    Didn't Receive Fallout 3 Code

    Purchased the digital copy in November and I am still not in receipt of the redemption code.

    Please assist. I have contacted support on numerous occasions and keep getting reverted to this forum to no avail.

    Activation Code Not Long Enough

    Yes. The activation code is on the receipt. The Walmart website says that if you bought an online redemption code in store it will be on the receipt. The code on the receipt isn't long enough, and Walmart doesn't have another one. It is the
    only code available. It does not work. I have called the store, and that is the code they have given me, both on the original receipt, when I called, and a reprinted receipt.

    It says on the Gift card itself that the 25-character redemption code is printed on the receipt which I do not have.

    Does the card have a silver coating on the back to be scratched away? If so, then you should be good, and the card most likely is already activated. Just scratch away to reveal the 25-character redemption code you would enter.

    If the card says that the redemption code is on the receipt, things get a bit harder. Your brother would need to return to the store from which he bought the card to see if they can print a duplicate receipt of the purchase.

    well it doesn't take THAT long to get all the weapons I do believe they were down around the first quarter, Bc2 weapons sucked anyway, these weans how ever are GREAT! I just don't want someone on level 1 a couple of months from now starting off with everything
