what do you do if your name your game redemption code is out of date? Is there's any way to get an extension?

Can you clarify where you purchased the game from? Was this from a retailer such as GameStop? Keep in mind codes are sent out within 7-10 days from the date of the redemption of the code.

I had a similar issue with an older game recently; it turned out that the code was expired. While many codes have no expiration date, some, unfortunately do. Check the area with the "fine print" and redemption terms, etc., to see if there is an expiration
date for your code.
