    redemption code not received via email xbox one


    brought xbox one Saturday 18th of june put in code for free game at 8.30pm and haven't received a email to tell the code for free game its been two days (over 24hours) and also emailed xbox support for help haven't received a email from them either, want
    to know why I haven't received anything?

    Help

    I called xbox support and they told me I have to contact this. There was no forum labeled what they told me to label it under, "sales and promotions" this is for US.. not Canada. I received a 16 digit code to get a redemption code for a "name your game".
    I never received an email with a redemption code to the email address I provided. I would like a redemption code to get the game I want.

    If you're talking about the Name Your Game bundle, you'll need to fill out the form at the bottom of the offer's FAQ for assistance -

    microsoft.promo.eprize.com/.../faq.html     If you already have, it can take 3 business days to receive a reponse.

    The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

    It's not automatically added to your subscriptions. You should receive a code via email within 24 hours of redeeming the Ultimate. If you don't receive a code in that time, check your order history on the redemption page. There will either be an option to resend the code or the code will be listed there.

    You should receive an email within 24 hours of redeeming the gold with a code for you to redeem. If not, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support via their redemption page.

    Are you talking about the Microsoft Rewards program? Everytime you redeem a card you should get an email with a code within 24 hours. If you're not receiving the codes, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
