    Used a redemption code and then played the DLC, then got new xbox transferred the licence and the DLC is not in my download history and is not recognized as purchased.

    AC/DC track pack won't download on Xbox one (Rock Band 4)

    Bought the AC/DC Track pack for Xbox 360 years ago, but will not allow me to download on Xbox one. I can see the redemption in my download history. I understand that some Xbox reps can issue codes for this issue. Please help!

    I purchased Quantum Break on May 16, 2016 and was supposed to receive a digital download redemption code for Alan Wake and it dlc. I have not received any redemption codes.

    Sorry to hear it. If the content is not listed in your download history then it's possible that it was added to a different account. Can you please check other gamertags you may have on the new console or the old one?

    why aren’t my cod points showing up in my account even though the redeemed code is in my order history.

    so it was an xbox digital code on amazon and I redeemed it last night for the new Modern Warfare 2 and in order history the redemption is there and it says redeemed

    Yes, absolutely. I bought a download Xbox 360 code for Dead Red Redemption when it became BC for the Xbox One. I redeemed it on the console and downloaded it no problem. DLC codes for BC games will work too.

    If what you entered was an actual download code for xbox live you should be able to go into your purchase history, or downloads on your account and see if it's actually worked. If not you can try entering the code again. If the dlc is in your purchase history,
    but not your download history then it likely just didn't download and that's the reason you're not seeing it.

    Killer Instinct Pin Ultimate edition - Threw away code so I can't register

    This is weak sauce. We've never needed to use the code for anything after redeeming the code in the first place and there was no indication that we should have saved the code for registering. MS should be able to look this up by download/redemption history.
    They know I already downloaded WP8 Halo Spartan Assault when buying the Xbox One version, they should be able to automatically associate my Pin Ultimate Edition download.
