Redemption code for Preorder

I never received my redemption code for "South Park The Stick of Truth" when preordering the "South Park The Fracture but Whole" before the march 31st deadline. If I could get some help honoring the fate I initially preordered the game I would appreciate

Come October, I'm so broke

I am just going to play FH4 on game pass, since I have two free codes. Will save the other code for Crackdown 3.
I MIGHT preorder Red Dead Redemption 2, not sure though.

 

I have not received my codes gears of war 1 2 3 or judgment yet

You won't receive a code for the game. The game will show as free to download when the new game is released.

 

I thought that if buying with Microsoft points it buys the game immediately instead of waiting for the 10 days prior to release using other payment methods.

 

It does, but per the game's description, you will have access to the Stick of Truth when the new game releases. It doesn't matter when the payment is taken.

There is no deadline for it. Originally when the game was made available for preorder, the system worked differently and you could have downloaded the Stick of Truth at the same time as when you preordered the game. Shortly after that, the system was changed
to the current system (purchasing with currency is charged now, credit cards charged later) so the offer was updated to state that if you preorder the game, you will have access when the new game launches. This is from the game's description:

Pre-order now to get Towelie: Your Gaming Bud. For a limited time, get a digital copy of South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ on Xbox One free with purchase at the launch of South Park™: The Fractured But Whole™.

If the game does not show as free for you to download, then you will have to wait until the launch of the new game.
